- You can jump off the spider web and grab the purple Lum from various points along the web, including the very beginning. Climb up as far as you can, jump, and shoot the Lum. Video (#1)
- There are three methods to skip Globox's "Rayman is the greatest" text.
- Face the wall near the plank leading to the pirate, then jump, shoot, face Globox, and enter first-person mode. If you did it right, your shot will bounce off the wall and hit the switch. This method also skips the pirate fight, making it the fastest of the three methods, but it's harder than the other two. Video (#4)
- Kill the pirate, shoot the switch, and quickly run down the nearby ramp. This method is slower than the one above. Video
