- While you're in the graveyard area with a switch, stay away from the green Lum. Shoot the switch from a distance, then jump into the water to warp back to the hallway. Video (#1)
- You can also do a death warp from the room opposite the graveyard area. First, get on the opposite side of the web from the side you normally climb up. Jump up and fire a shot to the right of the switch. If you did it correctly, it will bounce off the wall and hit the switch. You can then fall into the water to warp back to the hallway. Video (#2)
- You can skip raising the platform in the room opposite the graveyard area. Run toward the submerged platform, jump, and helicopter to reach the next platform. This video shows the glitch in the PC version, but it also works in the N64 version.
- After the first barrel flying section, the path in front of you leads to a section that's optional in any% runs. The path on the right is much faster.
