When Fontaine heads towards the exit, it's possible to avoid the look trigger that causes him to start moving, for a second. I think there's also a floor trigger between you and the door, so you have to sort of run around it. But if you avoid both triggers, you can get through the door before Fontaine gets there, and exit the level.
