Difference between revisions of "Donkey Kong 64/Creepy Castle"

A few names are commonly used to refer to different places in this level:
- The crypt is the lowest area. It contains Funky's shop and DK's minecart ride.
- The tunnel connects the pool near the area with five warps and the lower W1 pad.
- The dungeon is connected to the tunnel. It has Golden Bananas for Lanky, Diddy, and DK.
- The Library, Ballroom, and Museum have signs outside them.
There are quite a few places in Creepy Castle where you can jump from a higher area to a lower area:
- From the top of the level to Tiny's blueprint Video (#4)
- From the top of the level to the greenhouse and from there to Lanky's blueprint Video (#2)
- From the Museum to the tunnel or the crypt and from the tunnel to the crypt Video (#3)
- From the Ballroom to the Rocketbarrel near W2 Video (#5)
By getting very close to the gate, you can shoot the switch in Chunky's area of the big tree without Sniper Sight. Video (#1)
You can use STVW on several walls in the level's pools to swim through the center of the level or to swim in the air around the level. Video
You can use the extra speed given by Orangstand Sprint to jump to Lanky's Golden Banana in the crypt without playing the trombone. Video (#11)
If you stand on the very edge of the first Baboon Balloon pad in Lanky's room in the dungeon, you can clear the gap with one Baboon Balloon.
DK doesn't need Strong Kong to get through the corridor with the flying books in the Library.
