Contents template for use on game pages and their subpages. Put this template at the top of each game page and subpage (below the {{sda run}} template, if applicable), except for the Contents page itself. Then create the Contents page (at Game Name/Contents), with a link to the main page and any subpages below that, and it will be updated on all pages.
