Rex Rocket/100 %

Collect every collectables in the game. Right now there seem to be a glitch with the number of ammo upgrades available (41 out of 40?), and nobody seem to have collect every info NOD (max 86 out of 90 for me). So... the 100% route shall be a "fake" 100% route for now or until the devs fix their game or until everybody agrees on what count toward 100% file (with or without nod and ammo???)
