Mad Mel Fight (w/ Sledge's Shotgun)

To make killing Mad Mel much easier and faster with just Sledge's Shotgun (in the case that we couldn't luck manipulate a burst count or helix rocket launcher), activate Intuition by killing a bandit right before his invincibility period ends. With a 50% movement speed bonus, we can more closely follow Mad Mel and unload a lot of shells into his car.
