There are no known runs of all emeralds, otherwise known as 100%. For Sonic 2 in particular, collecting the emeralds is basically void since the special stages are autoscrollers without any means to go faster and the fact that only two, possibly three stages actually go faster with Super Sonic. This combined with grabbing a lot of emeralds on the go means that any run of 100% would be almost identical to a normal run except with the additional 15 minutes worth of autoscrollers. If you're interested in where you can pick up emeralds on the go, you can pick up one in Emerald Hill 2, one in Aquatic Ruins 2, one in Hill Top 2, one in Mystic Cave 2 and one in Metropolis 1.
