Maps of all areas (the word used in the game instead of "levels") can be found at https://www25.atwiki.jp/famicomall/pages/76.html. The map for area 1 is without hidden items and at least one heart in area 3 is not shown on that map. No targeted research has been made to find all hidden power-ups in all areas, so it's possible that other items are missing as well. Since the items aren't accumulated, it's not really of any importance for a speedrun though.
