Ikari_Warriors_(NES)
Maps of all stages can be found at https://www25.atwiki.jp/famicomall/pages/76.html. The map for level 1 is without hidden items and at least one heart in level 3 is not shown on that map. No targeted research has been made to find all hidden power-ups in all stages, so it's possible that other items are missing as well. Since the items aren't accumulated, it's not really of any importance for a speedrun though.
In addition to above, the stage 2 map has been redone, including all currently known hidden items (including point items).
