During this run, we won't be skipping any of the quests in the main storyline, as this appears to be impossible. What is left is to do these quests as fast as possible and saving time wherever possible. The most important tricks used are the statue glitch, item duplication and long distance pyramid throws.

In the description you'll find the reference times for how far I have to scroll into the fog of war. As it's unlikely that you count the same way I do, you'll need to come up with your own timings.

Maps

The maps I'll be referencing are maps I created to route the game. They can be found here.

How to read them:

The lines represent the path I take, dotted lines represent the direction you have to throw your pyramid, squares show where to use your pyramids and circles are normal teleporters. Follow one line (start with black on most maps) until you reach the end with a square or circle of another color. Continue the path from the object with the same shape and color. Whether you have to drop-use or use the pyramids can be taken from the route explanation. Reading the explanation helps a lot with understanding the maps, so you should read it. I know they're quite messy, but if you still have problems understanding, feel free to ask me.

Part I: Aleroth, Rivertown, Stormfist Castle

This part consists of leaving the town Aleroth, going to Rivertown to buy a statue and potions and get an invitation to enter Stormfist Castle.

Aleroth: Map 1

The supplies we get in Joram's house are gold and potions.

Take the gold found in the chest you woke up next to. Leave the basement and purchase the potions from Joram: You need red, blue and yellow. Multiply both the gold and the potions in the trade window.

You can duplicate the yellow potion in the bookshelf

Leave the house. Go to the statues and and turn them all to the north. Then visit Mardaneus. After the cutscene, enter the house through the well to the East. Go back to the statues. Place and use a teleport pyramid, pick up the other one and teleport back. If you are too slow, you'll take a lot of damage from the skeletons in the room.

Leave the town through the gate in the south.

At the gate: Throw a pyramid to the east. It should land just north of Rivertown.

Leave town and head south until the cutscene starts. Once it has ended, use the teleporter and head to Rivertown.

Rivertown

Go to the store Ars Magicana and purchase a statue (it doesn't matter which one). Head to the potions shop and buy shadow potions (multiply them as well). These potions are your best friend. Use them whenever you come near mobs, as later in the game monsters can one-hit you.

Go to Dr. Elraths house in the southeast corner of the town. Enter it through the corner that is "pointing" southeast (there is only one). Once inside, a dialogue should start after which you'll find yourself outside the house. Just teleport back in and enter the basement. Get the key from the chest next to the stairs and use the it to unlock the door behind the boxes. Head south through the hallway and get Dr. Elraths Note, then exit the basement and talk to Dr. Elrath.

Leave Rivertown to the south and go to the town watch (south of Stormfist Castle) and talk to Ralph. He will reward you with the invitation you need to enter the Castle.

Stormfist Castle

Once you enter the castle, two cutscenes will start. In the first one, an imp is going to take away our pyramids. If you don't have them on you, he'll still take them as soon as you try to use them.

After the cutscenes are done, you'll have to do a few tasks for Janus.

1. Find the White Cat:

Leave Janus' room, follow the hallway south.

2. Deliver a Love Letter to Lela:

The room from Lela's go her hand over the letter.

3. Flowers for Lela:

Pick a flower near the gate and bring the it to Lela.

4. Find the Teddy Bear:

In the corner of the corridor, next to Janus' room.

5. The Merchant's Meeting:

An important meeting in the throne room, which is interrupted by orcs. We are then thrown out of the castle, as we failed to defend Janus.

Part II: Iona's Dungeon, The Graveyard

Iona's Dungeon: Map 2

Head south until you are approached by Iona. She will teleport you away, take all your stuff and throw you into a cell. Try to open the door and wait for the cat to bring the key. Leave the cell and take the stairs to the west of our cell.

Iona's Dungeon First Floor

Get key from the chest in the far east of this level and use it to open the cell nearby. You'll find you stuff in the chest. Go all the way to the exit in the west of the dungeons. (a map is provided)

The Graveyard: Map 3

The gate is located southeast of the dungeon entrance. You have to wait until Iona appears for it to be unlocked.

Part III: River Town, The Sewers, Treasure

Rivertown

Next, go to Rivertown, which is located in the southeast. Enter the town through the alley between the second and third building at the northern edge of the town. You will then be approached by somebody who will also sell the scorpion traps you'll need.

Enter the grate to the sewer in the marketplace.

The Sewers: Map 4

Find you way through this map to the entrance to the Stormfist Treasury. (a map is provided)

Stormfist Castle's Treasure Room

You have to put all the points you have into constitution, otherwise the traps up ahead will kill you, although they can be avoided by using Shadow potions.

Exit the room through the southern door, then head the west and find Zandalor. After the dialogue, move all the way to the east (keep to the right) and then through the "Door" into the treasury. In case you've missed the password in the dialogue, it's answer #7. Go to the center of the room until a dialogue window appears, then head back to Zandalor.

Return To the Dwarven Bread Inn

Wait for the cutscene to pass. While Zandalor is approaching the corpse, you'll have enough time to put one point towards Meteorstrike, one towards Wizard's Sight and multiply the scorpion traps. Run to the corpse and the dialogue with Zandalor starts.

The Council of Seven

After the dialogue has ended, kill three monsters using Meteoritestrike to gain two levels. You need this to reach the minimum level for Deadly Gift.

Using scorpion traps makes all the upcoming boss fights very easy. Note that you can stay invisible while standing next to the boss and spawning scorpions.

After you have fought the Succubus, retrieve your pyramids from ZixZax, who can be found in the room to the west. Place the orbs in the corresponding statues.

Part IV: Gathering the Council

Human And Orc: Map 5

Start by teleporting to Aleroth and leave one pyramid near the teleporter (at the Council).

Enter the village, get the key and then rescue Mardaneus. You don't have to fight Demona, you can just go invisible and walk past her.

Talk to Joram in the Blue Boar Inn about Goemoe. After this, go to the bottom left corner, where you can find orcish prisons. Free the orc from it and use your pyramid to go back to the Council of the Seven. You have to look at the the lizard statue to progress.

Lizard And Imp: Map 6

Go to Verdistis.

Enter the inn on the right side of the road and do the Imp quest. Avoid becoming involved into the war between bees and wasps. To do so, use the following dialogue options, while talking to the king of wasps: 9x #1 and then #2. Move to the top of the map, where the Queen of bees will give you a key. Use it on the house north of you and talk to the imp. You can leave this place by using the stone he gave you.

Go back to the main road and head northeast in order to save Goemoe. Enter the basement of the house. There you will be frozen and rescued afterwards. To save Goemoe, pick up the key in the upper left corner of the room and the Polymorph Staff in the room south of you.

Head back to the Council and view the dwarven statue.

Dwarf And Elf: Map 5 (start with pink) and Map 6-10

Collect the teleport pyramid and teleport to Ars Magicana. Walk south along the eastern edge of the city towards the dwarven village. One you arrive a cutscene will start, after which you can walk east to talk to Eolus at the altar. Continue east into the house in order to talk to Gregor and pick up the scroll in the upper room.

Head to the Dark Forest.

Visit the elven village and find Bronthion. Go to the orc camp and enter the basement to fight Josephina. Collect the artifacts (two are on the floor and one is dropped by Josephina).

Get back out and go to the graveyard you've met the "dwarves" at. Throw a pyramid to the southeast. You have to scroll OOB until you reach the Dwarven Halls. There you have to place it in the water to be able to drop it. Afterwards go back to Bronthion to complete the quest, then use your teleporters. Drop a pyramid next to the teleporter near the throne room. Talk to King Kelp and retrieve the Stone Axe from the mines. (maps are provided)

The fight with Moriendor can be skipped by immediately using the lever. Bag the Stone Axe and teleport back. Speak with the king and he'll give you the permission to take Eolus to the Council. Use the teleporter to head to the dwarven village. There you have to talk to Eolus in the house on the southern edge of the village.

Head back to the Council of Seven and ring the bell.

Part V: The Wastelands

The Way to the Dungeon: Map 11

After speaking with the Orcs (and assuring them that you're not a dragon) throw a pyramid southeast to the dungeon entrance, then southeast until you find Zandalor.

After the cutscene has ended use your teleporter and enter the final dungeon.

The Five Forts: Map 12-17

Most parts of the forts can be skipped, as it is possible to teleport through the walls, straight into the boss room.

I count the forts counterclockwise, starting with the one in the upper left corner.

To skip the first three forts, you can enter them through the bottom walls of the boss room, while for the last two you have to get through the outside wall. Throw your teleporter into the water near the upper edge of the "island", then enter through the upper walls of the room. This also works for the final boss, but don't forget to trigger the dialogue.
