Possible blips on the minimap just before Toreno's Last Flight (depending on which calls you already answered). The Truth blip may not be there if you answered the call before the Truth mission (as intended), it doesn't necessarily mean that you still have the call.
Depending on where you are on the map, the blips may be harder to tell apart, but it's usually still possible.
