During this run, we won't be skippint any of the quests in the main storyline, as this apperas to be impossible. What is left, if to do these quests as fast as possible and saving time where ever possible.

In the description, you'll find time designations I use to know, how far I have to scroll to the for of war. As it's unlikely that you count the same way I do, you'll need to come up with your own timings.

Take the gold found in the chest you woke up next to and leave the house. Go to the statues and and turn them all to the north. Then visit Mardaneus. After the cutscene, enter the house through the well to the East. Go back to the statues. Place and use a teleport pyramid, pick up the other one and teleport back. Go to the gates and open them without going through. Throw one to where the fog of war begins to skip a cutscene. Talk to Seth to start the healers quest and continue by talking to Lanilor inside the village.
This part consists of leaving the town Aleroth, going to Rivertown to buy a statue and potions and get an invitation to enter Stormfist Castle

The supplies we get in Jorams house are gold and potions.

Take the gold can be found in the chest you woke up next to. Multiply the gold (to about 10000). Leave the basment and purchase the potions from Joram: You need red, blue and yellow.

Leave the house and go to Mardaneus' house.After the cutscene, enter the house through the well to the East. Then go to the village entrance and talk to Serk. To get the Teleportpyramids, turn all the Dragon statues north.

Throw a pyramid south to skip the cutscene ahead. Head south and enter the cave of the Troll King and use the glitch twice to get 8x movement speed.
:Place teleporter in front of the headquarters. Once at the supply train, place the other one. Then teleport back, accept the new quest and teleport right back again. Pick up the teleporter. After you have poisoned the well, teleport back again and pick up the second teleporter.

Talk to Captain Mitox and then visit General Alix to receive the invitation.

For the invitation to Stormfist Castle, you'll have to do the quests for Mitox. While this being slower than the other quests, Mitox gives you a teleport scroll used later in the run. For the first part of the quest talk to General Alix, then to Mitox. Leave one pyramid near him to backtrack. One we enter the castle, two cutscenes will start. In the first one, an imp is going to take away our pyramides. If we don't have them on us, he won't take them, but he'll stop us, as soon as we try to use them again.

Enter the inn on the right side of the road and do the Imp quest. Instead of becoming involved into the war between bees and wasps, clip through the wall to your right. Walk along the garden and get into the house and talk to the imp. You can leave this place by using the stone he gave you.
  
Collect teleport pyramid and teleport to Ars Magicana.

Go back to the main road and head north in order to save Goemoe. Enter the basement of the house. There you will be frozen and rescued afterwards. To save Goemoe, pick up the key in the upper left corner of the room and the Polymorph Staff in the room south of you.
Walk southwest along the eastern edge of the city towards the dwarven village.

Talk to Eolus at the altar.

Continue east into the house ant talk to Gregor.

Pick up the scroll in the upper room.

Head to Dark Forest (see map).

Collect the teleport pyramid and teleport to Ars Magicana. Walk south along the eastern edge of the city towards the dwarven village.

One you arrive a cutscene will start, after which you can walk east to talk to Eolus at the altar. Continue east into the house in order to talk to Gregor and pick up the scroll in the upper room.

Head to the Dark Forest.

Activate the teleporter for the Warriors' Guild, then visit the elven village and find Bronthion. Head south towards the orc camp.

At graveyard you meet the "dwarves" at, throw a pyramid to the southeast. You have to scroll OOB until you reach the Dwarven Mines, where the room you find the Stone Axe in.

Once you've reached the camp, fight Josephina in the basment and collect the artifacts (two are on the floor and one is dropped by Josephina).

Use your teleporter to get to the Dwarven Mines. Using your pyramids you can glitch through the wall to pick the axe up. Leave one pyramid outside to get back out. Run northwest through the OOB until you reach the Dwarven Halls. To enter you have to stand in the river that leaves the area and zeleport on the spot to be able to reveal the fog of war. Follow the river north and enter the throne room and hand the axe to Kelp.

To skip the first three forts, you can enter them through the bottom walls of the boss room, while for the last two you have to get through the outside wall. Throw your teleporter into the water near the upper edge of the "island", then enter through the upper walls of the room.
  
Run up to the marked location on the map.

For the final boss you have to place a pyramid new the enterance. After teleporting there head south to activate a necessary cutscene. Entering the boss room can be done by standing in line with the wall sections, which are supposed to be opened via two switches, but you can simply throw you pyramids through them.
Drop a teleport pyramid.

Aleroth

Part III: River Town, The Sewers, Treasure

Rivertown

Next, go to Rivertown, which is located in the southeast. Enter the town through the alley between the second and third building at the northern edge of the town. You will then be approached by somebody who will also sell the scorpion traps you'll need.

The Way to the Dungeon

After speaking with the Orcs (and assuring them that you're not a dragon) throw a pyramid southeast to the dungeon entrance, then southeast until you find Zandalor.

After the cutscene has ended use your teleporter and enter the final dungeon.


The Five Forts

Most parts of the forts can be skipped, as it is possible to teleport through the walls, straight into the boss room.

I count the forts counterclockwise, starting with the one in the upper left corner.

To skip the first three forts, you can enter them through the bottom walls of the boss room, while for the last two you have to get through the outside wall. Throw your teleporter into the water near the upper edge of the "island", then enter through the upper walls of the room.

For the final boss you have to place a pyramid new the enterance. After teleporting there head south to activate a necessary cutscene. Entering the boss room can be done by standing in line with the wall sections, which are supposed to be opened via two switches, but you can simply throw you pyramids through them.
