Maps of levels 1, 3 and 4 can be found at http://strategywiki.org/wiki/Ikari_Warriors. The map for level 1 is without hidden items and at least one heart in level 3 is not shown on that map. No targeted research has been made to find all hidden power-ups, so it's possible that other items are missing as well. Since the items aren't accumulated, it's not really of any importance for a speedrun though.
