Phonecalls
- Phonecalls where Niko automatically calls the initiator of the mission to report back seem to not be required
- You can skip them by "equipping" your fists and punching (or rather pushing) while running or sprinting (which based on some tests doesn't seem to slow Niko down at all) or by getting into a car
