Regardless if you tell her to fuck off (3, 2, 1) or ask for her name (1, 1, 1), you'll have to make 3 dialog choices and speed through the same amount of conversation pieces. Once she goes up the elevator, talk to the bartender. If your persuasion is high enough, you can use the blue dialog choices (3, 3, 1). Santa Monica
Tricks required:

Intro
This sequence is supposed to introduce the player to the basic game mechanics, but for speed it's skipped. Dialog options with Jack are: 1, 3, 3, 1. This does skip getting the lockpick, so it will have to be purchased before the next quest (required item).
