Feature equivalence on both Windows and Mac with Anri 3 final. Begin to add new features.

Audio commentary
Vob recovery (easy, just need selbymd or someone to implement DJ Grenola's vob header seek and rip all material after and including such headers - here's an example of a readcd implementation under perl)
Distributed encoding with Amu
Enable Lagarith multithreading.
Vdub window for pixel shift.
When NMF is successfully created, switch over to it as the source.
Give users chance to edit ini.bat during installation.
Option to encode avi segments into individual files.
Chapter information in mp4
Better logging: encoding time. avg qp.
