 In an any % run the player is free to take as many or as few upgrades as they want.  Additional health upgrades may be warranted on Hard Mode.

The main thing that will hold a lot of you back is doing two perfect Charge Boost +1's (Note +1's are frame perfect) to get up to the platform above the Sisters 2 fight.
