The despawn areas when you start Doberman. Also included is a representation of the mission start marker (red), might not be completely correct though.
There is one despawn area beside the marker, but also one a bit further away in the middle of the road (top-left in the picture), which seems a bit strange.
The coordinates are from the mission script and visualised in MTA. It might not be completely correct and there might be other effects that cause despawning, so this should NOT be used as a reference where it is safe to park vehicles, but rather where it is probably not safe.
